We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Ishar during our travels around Sri Lanka. Over 8 days, in February 2025, we travelled from Colombo to Galle via Dambulla, Sigiriya, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella and Haputale. Ishar was punctual, reliable, personable and interesting, with a very good command of spoken English. There were some long journeys in the car, but the time passed quickly and pleasurably, with engaging conversation.
A keen photographer, Ishar pointed out local places of interest, birds and plants. The people carrier was clean, comfortable and air conditioned , with plenty of room for our luggage. Ishar was a safe, confident driver, and we felt totally relaxed on our journey. We would highly recommend Ishar and would definitely use him again.
